MegaWatts mobile charging blocks are specified at 350 kW, 700 kW and 1 MW+ with on-board storage, CCS1 and NACS dispensers and MCS readiness under IEC TS 63379. Intended certifications are UL 1973, UL 9540A and UL 2202; protocols are OCPP 2.0.1 and ISO 15118; every dispenser reports to a 24/7 telemetry dashboard.

Three dual-port DC fast chargers being commissioned in a workshop with a laptop on a bench connected to the chargers
Dispenser commissioning and OCPP setup before dispatch

Commissioning

Every dispenser is bench-tested before it ships.

OCPP 2.0.1 link, ISO 15118 handshake, emergency-stop and thermal checks run on the bench, then again on the pad. Session data flows to the NOC from the first charge.

Telemetry

What the dashboard shows.

  • Dispenser status

Available, charging, faulted, reserved. Per port, live.

  • Sessions

Start, end, kWh, peak kW, SOC in and out, vehicle ID.

  • Energy

kWh delivered per day, per vehicle, per block; storage state.

  • Faults and MTTR

Every fault with response and resolution timestamps against the SLA.

  • Exports

CSV daily, REST API, OCPP 2.0.1 to your CSMS.

  • Site view

Block state of charge, recharge source, generator runtime log.

FAQ

Technical questions.

Which protocols do the blocks speak?

OCPP 2.0.1 for charger control and telemetry to your CSMS or fleet platform, ISO 15118 for Plug & Charge and smart-charging, and a REST session feed from the NOC. Founder to confirm certification status.

What does MCS-ready mean in practice?

The 1 MW+ block's DC bus, cooling and controller are designed for a Megawatt Charging System dispenser under IEC TS 63379. The MCS dispenser is an option with a founder-set availability date.

How is safety certified?

The intended certification set is UL 1973 for the battery, UL 9540A for thermal runaway testing, and UL 2202 for the charging system. Each is marked for founder confirmation until certificates are published here.

Can we see live data?

Yes. The telemetry dashboard shows per-dispenser status, sessions, kWh, SOC delivered and faults, with exports and an API.

Is there a spec sheet we can attach to an RFP?

Yes, on this page. It contains the spec table, certification list and protocol support in one PDF.
